Getting started

• Point your domain: at your registrar or DNS provider, create an A record for @ and www pointing to the IP in your welcome email. (We don’t use custom nameservers yet.)
• Log in to DirectAdmin: the panel link, username and password are in your welcome email. Enable two-factor authentication on first login.
• SSL: once DNS points to us, open SSL Certificates in DirectAdmin and request a free Let’s Encrypt certificate (or ask us).
• Email: create mailboxes under E-mail Accounts. IMAP/SMTP host is mail.yourdomain or the server hostname; ports 993/587 with TLS.
• WordPress: upload files, or reply to your welcome email and we’ll install it for you.
• Backups: nightly, kept 7 days; restore from Backups in DirectAdmin or ask us.

Migrating from cPanel

Generate a full backup in your old cPanel (Backup → Download a Full Account Backup), send us the link or upload it to your new account, and we’ll import files, databases, email and SSL. Free on all plans.
